- Payment is due at the time of your registration and must be paid in full by October 6.
- Registration fees may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or Check.
- We will accept a PO to hold your registration, however payment via check or credit card must be received by October 6.
- POs should be made to Domino Events and can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Domino Events, 4308 F Street, Sacramento, CA 95819.

Please note following cancellation deadlines and fees:
- You may cancel your registration by September 1 with no cancellation fee.
- Between September 2 and September 25, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged (payable whether or not your registration fees have been paid).
- If you don't cancel by September 25 or don’t attend, the full registration fee is due (payable whether or not your registration fees have been paid).
- Registrations made after the September 30 cancellation deadline are not refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to: Domino Events, 4308 F Street, Sacramento, CA 95819 or email@example.com.
Registrations may be transferred from one attendee to another at any time at no cost. This may be accomplished by contacting Tamara Williams at 916.737.1499 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
